Re: Spanish MOT
As far as I know, he never said he wanted to play the MOT but we can still arrange something if he comes up.

Re: Spanish MOT
It's ironic....the Spanish is an opening I use a lot in my speed games and I normally do quite well with it, so i went into this Tourny quietly confident.....however I am really struggling with most of the games I've started to date..... Whereas, in Snoop's Poisened Pawn Tourney (an opening I'd NEVER come across) which was also the first Tourney I'd ever played in and thought I'd get creamed, I did better than I expected....It's a funny old game !!!!

Re: Spanish MOT
Yaman is a great fighter, not sure that I can be called that as I was not at much risk of winning this game. Good fun though and it is a game that I enjoyed.

Re: Spanish MOT
Any updates on the win/loss chart? I know I've lost more than I've won, but there has been a run of victories for me lately, so I'm glad I didn't completely wash out. :)

Re: Spanish MOT
SnoopDog is apparently forfeiting all his games so I decided to take him out of the tournament. Hope he will feel better later.

Re: Spanish MOT
It doesn't matter. If he needs a break he just takes a vacation. If no vacation left, he needs to inform the TD or the players.

Re: Spanish MOT
he also keeps moving in my game normally...and often complaints I move too fast!

Dear Gladiator:

I just reviewed the terms of the tourney and literally says that the time is normal corr game which I think, according my games with him, Snoop has not breaked. May I ask you in the kindest way on which basis you are eliminating him from the tourney??

Quite frankly, no one plays corr faster than I do and I wish he could match my pace but I have no choice but wait...on the other hand he and many other would like me to slow down but I am also entitled to play at the speed I choose if is within the corr time setting...

Re: Spanish MOT
He is out because he lost on time to players who are not especially fast when playing this kind of tournaments. Notice he lost on time to Nevada Master , Puckie , Spud.

Now if he has problems he can post something here and anyone can try to play in a slower pace to help him. It takes 1 minute to let us know if something is wrong.

Also he moved yesterday in one of our games and didn't try to contact me to tell me why he forfeited the games. Everytime I do a MOT, at least one player is forfeiting his game. Players know normally what to expect when they register. They just need to manage theit time in a better way. I hope to see SnoopDog in the next MOT, he will be very much welcome.

Re: Spanish MOT
Gladiator,

I am having propblems at the moment - health is the biggest (flu), I am not asking for favors from anyone, but I am not asking to be thrown out of the tourney, either.

If a player wins on time against me, good for them!

But I do have several games going on right now and I am not in jeopardy of losing on time and I DO intend to play them out.

I do appologise to those that I have forfeited on, hope next tourney will be better
