You and all your Team Members win the everlasting admiration of all your fellow-players! Alas, but that's about it.

This will almost certainly be the last NOVA that I organize and direct. I have been directing NOVA ever since it grew out of the U.S.A vs. Europe matches around 20 years ago and it has become increasingly more difficult to attract enough players to hold the Event. It's time for someone with more charisma and skills in attracting player than myself to take over.
Many thanks to all who participated in the Event this year!

.. Which raises the likely question, of: What does one call, a 'Passing-of-the-Torch'.. When, in-all-probability; No one, in their 'right-mind' would want that task; In our arguably, .. apathetic/uninvolved, world!? ..{rhetorical, And hyperbole`; A 'double-whammy'!} -

How do you like those apples? And that coming from someone that neither entered the tourney and if did would likely lose every game he played. It's no wonder you are so condescending.

Thanks for the well-run tourney, Wiz. I am sorry to hear of your decision to make this your last NOVA as the TD. There is nobody on this Site who has more charisma than you and I don't see anybody having any better luck at getting Members to enter NOVA than you do.

Thank you for organizing NOVA again this year. Hopefully we play again in a future (non-NOVA tournament) games.

Re: Bueno Ponderers Win NOVA 2014!
Thanks Wiz! It's been a looong road down these NOVA tournaments, and you've always done an excellent job managing them.

I concur with everyone else that there is likely no one else that can be more charismatic and engaging than yourself on this site. Lack of attendance has nothing to do with your abilities, and everything to do with the complete apathy with which the site is treated by its administrators and business owners -- they simply have no desire to maintain any membership, nor move forward with technology.

But I digress ...

Thank you for the years of effort you have put forth, and know that those of us who participate have benefited from your hard work, and appreciate all your efforts.
