i remember 30ish years ago when benko developed this system.I don't keep up with chess theory anymore but at the time it was well worth the pawn.

Thank you all for participating in a fine tournament! There was virtually no argument or bickering, no rudeness, and everyone played and completed their games with style and grace.

I'm really intrigued by the results from Group 1, with a very linear progression of points from bottom to top (excepting the tied leaders).
 
In Group 2, Blue was able to skid into a victory at the last minute to tie my 3 points, so I don't get to brag about beating him in this tourney. :( But we often split our games, so that's no surprise.
