Disturbing
I am quite disapointed with the turnout for the g2 tourney. I get it if the members here do not want to play in it. G2 is not for everyone.
It is quite disapointing, that we cannot get enough interest. This site is getting pathetic.

Re: Disturbing
I, too, would like to see a greater turnout for the g/2 tourney. However, we must concede that there are players who take their game, and the enjoyment they derive from play, more seriously than we do. In those cases, it's entirely reasonable that a g/2 game forces such speedy play they will be frustrated with their own possible mishaps.

Personally, I'm expecting to bungle 10 seconds into the first game, but I enjoy chess no matter what level my play (which probably accounts for my lack of study. :)

Re: Disturbing
Bruce Pandolfini told Josh Waitzkin that blitz chess (G5 and shorter) would ruin his chess game.
