First of all let's remember our first round that should be completed on the 20th of February. We can start contacting our opponents and perhaps playing our games according our most convenient schedule...there is still time enough...I propose this place to talk about whatever we think about this tourney including, why not, posting games you like and of course our results.

It looks like power already lost to Gladiator. That was a tough matchup though. One thing I did like about power's game was that he stuck it out until the end. He got the worst of a rook/queen exchange and didn't resign. These are live games and anything can happen.
 
Remember, we need points at all costs. A draw is better than nothing.

So...what is OUR name anyway??!!.....

I scheduled my match against Doorman @ 18:00 GMT on Sunday. We are going to play 30/15 instead of 30/30. I know power already played Glad. How is everyone else coming with scheduling their games?

I sent Dual a mail to set ours since we are logged in many times at late night were we can concentrate better but have not received an answer yet.....I am hoping to set it soon....I am a bit confused about CST, GMT, HST...PCP...DVD and all those local times I hope I will not screw it because of it....

 
I'm familiar with Daylight Savings Time, Miller Time, Quitting Time and Play Time. PCP Time frightens me.
 
After I posted I saw on that GD Team board, that GD Spud, had posted he was going to play lgrupido tomorrow @ 11 GMT, 6am EST. I can't get up that GD early.
 
So we wish lgrupido good luck against his GD opponent.

I dare not play strong variations against gladiator so I played G4 Grob, I did a tempotap in the opening of the game thought I was ready and keep remi at the end of the game, men gladiator is a tough player, rounds to the he saw I find a way and turn him on, I have planned and play against jaumie Sunday evening at 2100 Norwegian time

We oddly disconnected after I played the knightfork check. I don't play a lot of live games, so I assume that would be the glich that gets talked about?

I had been playing almost 30/15 all this days ( except 3 or 4 g2's)...just to get the tempo....I do not promise anything but hard thinking; Dual is a tough cookie!...
