The Member agrees not to use the Bulletin Board to post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation. The Member agrees to respect the use of the Bulletin Board as a public forum open to all members and agrees not to interfere in any way with the normal usage of the Bulletin Board by other members, including excessive postings, multiple postings of identical content, and inordinate reposting of previous content.
The administrators shall have the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content posted on the Bulletin Boards that is in their sole discretion in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. Multiple violations of these provisions will result in termination of the Member's account or revocation of the Member's posting privileges, without notification or further recourse.
