Legal Stuff -- The use of public forums such as the Bulletin Board within Caissa's Web is for the sole purpose of discussing topics related to chess. The Member acknowledges that the administrators of Caissa's Web do not in any way monitor or moderate the information publicly posted by the members of Caissa's Web. The Member agrees not to use these forums in any unlawful or inappropriate way, especially in regard to messages that infringe upon the copyright of existing information, as well as messages that are considered to be obscene, defamatory, abusive, threatening, libelous or vulgar. The Member agrees not to use the Bulletin Board to post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation. The Member agrees to respect the use of the Bulletin Board as a public forum open to all members and agrees not to interfere in any way with the normal usage of the Bulletin Board by other members, including excessive postings, multiple postings of identical content, and inordinate reposting of previous content.
The administrators shall have the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content posted on the Bulletin Boards that is in their sole discretion in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. This includes any postings that are in REPLY to and which quote from a previous posting that is in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. Multiple violations of these provisions will result in termination of the Member's account or revocation of the Member's posting privileges, without notification or further recourse. "Multiple violations" is defined as more than one instance in which administrative intervention (e.g. editing or removal of content) is required.
By posting to this Bulletin Board, the Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the administrators of Caissa's Web from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of the publication, distribution, exhibit or other use of the information posted by the Member.
