To whom ever can assist:
 
Seems I'm having trouble getting any messages in the "message center" here on Caissa.
 
I can send out messages to members, but for some reason when a player tries to send a message back, they get an error message (such as someone has related back to me), "It said your name was an error and you don't appear in the address list"
 
Now I am a full member having paid my membership fees on May 2, 2012.
 
I've also gone to the message center's "configure" section and set my handle/name and tried all the settings/sections I think should/could be set; but player's are still unable to send any messages back to me.
 
Does anyone have any ideas why I can't receive messages and/or no one from admin. seems to be interested in answering and/or returning message requests; or any other request for that matter?
 
I'm very concerned that I may have prematurely paid my membership premium only to find that "no one seems to be at home" especially when it comes to finding out how to utilize all the functions of this website!!!
 
I truly hope someone can help here....and thank you in advance for your assistance!!!

I sent you an email {Thracian} about 20 min. ago; Clicked, the 'Send' icon; And currently, there is No record, of that email in my 'Sent' file!? .. What do ya know!; I haven't used that 'feature' in a number of years; So, though it's an obvious further deficiency, in this site ... With myself, it's mainly of 'academic' {minor trivia}, interest.
 
Ps.- Cheer up; "God, is Still 'On-the-Throne'; And 'prayer' changes things!" .. With the likely exception, of anything pertaining, to "Caissa's Web." --

I am sorry for the tech problem you are haveing. Maybe another member here can assist you
i can only offer you this assurance that you have indeed paid your membership prematurely. Good luck getting any response from admin.

I got a friend who is trying to assist with the problem.
We think it might have something to do with your character type of your name or the name itself which is linked to caissa history.

You may have to change your handle name
 

Things are really getting bad here when you can't even make a Thracian to Thracian call!
