I was in agreement with your opening remark. Try not being so defensive.

You are the person that admitted it wasn't worth posting...............

I hate to be redundant; however, the psychology of the subject matter posted is made contingent upon the mood you are in. You, depending on your mood, love a given thing then the next day hate it, just as one may go several days not taking notice of the wind. Albeit, the same type of wind blows the next day you may praise God for the air we breathe, “…and the wind was quite nice as I wrote down this song.”

Be that as it may, our opinions are gathered via memory for example we smell something cooking, sure the food cooking is a food we would have enjoyed innately so. But common to our species, as well as others,
is that we relate dinning experiences, good or bad. We in turn love the food more or less, or indeed hate the food in the same manner. It is more prevalent in the three areas located in the limbic system: sex, violence and nutrition et al.

Huh?!; Without people misinterpreting the statements of others; Quite often, I might add; Life, as we know it; Would probably be, noticeably less of a hassle!

As for 'not being so defensive'; Given that your posts are 'barbed,' a signifigant percentage of the time; Including, my English syntax shortcomings, {noted frequently, by yourself}; There comes a point, where 'turning-the-other-cheek' does not, Fill-the-bill!

Although, it may come to that; As in, {me} not bothering to reply. If you continue to exhibit, certain age-related {I assume}, addle-minded, observations and comments. -
