A loss of what exactly?

.. a chess game ?
.. a pet ?
.. a family member ?
.. your keys ?
.. a sense of decency?
.. a sense of proportion ?
.. control of your bodily functions ?

control of bodily functions silly, umm let me see, your right, im out of it, i meant a chess game, sometime I get really bitter, like i dont deserve to lose. I can like buy chinese food, have a beer, pound my fists, have a nervous breakdown etc Its sort of like there are a lot of solutions to having a hangover, in the same way I thought there are going to be a lot of solutions to having a CHESS LOSS.

Acceptance is where it’s at. Accept people, places and things just as they are and get on with your life. Even if they are sometimes unacceptable.

Re: How Do you deal with a loss
Thanks Grandpa im afraid this is going to be the last word on a loss, because if I think for a second, by stressing over a loss, the only person im hurting is myself, thats it, final equation.
