I'm desperately trying to keep a straight face with Doorman's comment, in case the wife asks me what I'm laughing at. But honestly Spud..3.8 !!!I think Doorman is right. Mind you I experienced a 5.0 in NZ and it scared the $hit out of me.

Iceland inadvertently have buggered Europe for nearly a week and looking likely to be at least yet another week. Cant they control their Volcano's??!!!!

I am surprised that Greenpeace hasn't sent a protest boat. Yet.

Seriously though, this volcano thing is getting out of control. My step daughter went on a weeks holiday on the 12th April to Lanzarote which is a small island 4 hours away from the UK. The first available flight is the 2nd May. Thats IF the Icelandics can control their barbecue from spewing more and flying resumes. A weeks holiday is gonna turn into a 3 week holiday for our little lady. Naturally she's over the moon. What 13 year old wouldnt be??? Her mum isnt so chuffed though. Crazy world and we aint in charge of it!!
