Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution
If you get a chance to check out this show, it is great. Jamie Oliver is a British chef that made changes to the school lunch program in the UK and is in Huntington WV, the unhealthiest city in the world, to do the same.

It's really enlightening on American culture. I hate to add spoilers, but the elementary school he goes to serves Pizza for breakfast! Absolute must see. I can't wait to see how this unfolds. Preview

Re: Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution
Old problem in poor areas of the US: Fresh fruits and vegetables cost more money than pre-processed/canned foods and meats high in sodium and fat content. Most people born into a 'cheap food' mentality carry it with them their whole lifetime.
