The last time I checked, Even self-acknowledged 'Non-voters,' have their opinions; which unfortunately, our two-party system doesn't address!
 
Perhaps, a British style, "parlimentary democracy," is the better alternative{!?}.. ever since I heard {on the radio}, a self-described psychic & 'intuitive,' Sean David Morton, {whom I Don't 'swear by'}, predict, that that was where the 'U.S.' was headed, within 20 years or so; along with a break-up of the 50 states, into several, mostly separate, political entities...
