I remember back in the early days of space exploration, the Mercury series,, and I believe it was Glenn (now Senator Glenn) that was orbiting earth. NASA had a live feed of the audio for the audience to hear. Suddenly, Glenn said "Bogie at 1:00 o'clock" - and NASA pulled the plug to the audio. ('Bogie' is airforce lingo for "enenmy craft") that was a big controversy at the tiem. |
