ILOSEALOT keeps pushing wood even when he blunders away his quuen in the opening...

Well, I must take issue with you on this one. I don't know most of the others that you have problems with but I just finished a game with Mr. ILOSEALOT and the same queen thing happened to that poor man. He promptly resigned.
 
I play on from time to time waiting and or hoping for the opponent to make just one mistake that will allow me to recover. Most of the time it doesn't happen but when it does it really is a good feeling.
 
You and I have played many times and in our games BOTH of us have blundered away some pieces, but we stayed on it. Sometimes I goofed and you won and other times you made the mistake and I won.
 
Another thought is that the opponent is hoping for a win by disconnect. That used to happen quite a lot in the old days. I actually got to be a high 1400 player once because four high rated players lost their internet connection and couldn't get back on to finish whipping my fat ass. Just hang in there and play for fun.
 
Let's just have some fun. This is a game and not a way of life.
