.. 'Google,' deaf chat rooms, {several choices}, or, there's always "camstreams"; where the 'chit-chat' is invaribly, "g-rated," if not quite as constant; and you get to look at an oftentimes live 'pic' onscreen... including, "truck cams," traveling the nation's highways and by-ways!

What about joining social networks like face book or myspace and choosing which groups you WILL and WILL NOT be a part of. That will give them plenty of social contact if that is what you are trying to hook them up with.
