I have been pretty hard on stupid politicians in the past, particularly that genius Senator larry craig. I've called out alot of people including some on this board for their staggering hypocrisy.
 
In response, people mainly call me a bleeding liberal who will do anything to criticize republicans and fundies.
 
Let me set the record straight. I don;t care if you are lib or conservative, repub or dem, if you betray the citizens you represent, you need to get out. And if dem Eliot Spitzer who is big on telling people how to live their lives is found to have done what he is accused of, he needs to man-up and resign.
 
I still can't figure out what it is about being elected to office turns people's brains to mush.

Going online and buying a $4300.00 hooker isn't the smartest thing to do... I'm not familiar with what the guy did in the past(telling people how to live their lives), but this alone should be enough for him to lose his job.

Well he resigned within about 48 hours which I think was a reasonable
response to a royal f-ckup.At this point he should be treated the same
way as anyone else caught up in that situation.No better,but no worst.
