Reply | 28 Sep 2007, 14:02:49   What a way to get into class C! The number of people starting a corr game (or going on the waiting list) and never turning up to play has taken my rating up to 1400. Not sure if having a rating up here a good thing or a bad thing. But the old site wasn't full of people abandoning games before they've even started, so why is this one? |

I know. ..Also, being "double-minded" plays a role; which incidentally, the Bible 'weighs-in' against, ie.- "a double-minded man, is unstable in All his{her} ways." ..Would that that phenomena only affect fringe areas, like corr- espondence chess, and not the things that Really matter in life, as in the very longstanding, circa 50% American divorce rate! |
