Has anybody had any luck getting through to support recently?
If so:
• Which method of contacting support did you use?
• How long did it take to get a response?

.. I haven't tried 'phoning' them, in years {see link}; But, at Least you Should get to talk to someone 'Live' as-it-were; Starting this Monday. If, they haven't 'taken off' for the summer!?
 
It's possible, they'll even give you their name{!?}..{and be prepared, to give your own}; Of whom you're talking to. Plus, I'd ask, for the name, corporate title, and phone #, of a relevant, to your complaint or problem, supervisor. Who isn't there, mainly to 'take flak' on behalf of some 'higher-up.' And who would be in a position, to 'Act' on your concerns! Provided, he or she, is sufficiently motivated!?

I wouldn't hesitate to try phoning if I can get a guarantee that they will refund the cost of however many international calls I find myself having to make.
