For the third year in a row my vacation days have not renewed. I just updated my my membership but my vacation days are still at zero. I've attempted to contact the administrator 5 times and not had a single response. Has anyone else out there had this problem? How can this be solved?

Just send them one message every day and don't forget to complain, that's what I did and it worked.

That's what I did, it took over a week. There should be a script built into the the renewal that does this automatically. I just hate having to grovel every year. Last year they never renewed it and went without.
 

greetings......... are you on a PC ? I'm on a Mac and thought that perhaps that was the problem .
 
Maybe it's just another software bug and they do not want to spend the money to fix it.
