Official tournaments, hosted by Caissa and categorized by class, with some sort of reward at the end. Perhaps a year's Premium membership, chess pieces, or something like that. 1.a Perhaps as a sub-set, challenge tournaments against teams from other sites? Live or Corr. 2. Ability to access my corr games via the iPhone app. I play live, occasionally, but would like the option of getting to my corr games. 3. Some additional filtering options in the Scorebook for researching games. 4. Ability to play live games without the Java interface. I think the old site had this ... it's an issue from my work machine. :) |

I used to play in chess clubs in Colorado and we would travel to other nearby clubs and play. I think it would work on line also. TEAM CAISSA -challenges TEAM RED HOT PAWN! Or What ever. Great advertizeing for both sites. D |

Reply | 25 Nov 2010, 15:57:39 In reply to BrandonE Re: Badly needed improvements So let's sum up: -a chessboard in the chatroom -MIP -a better library with the option to see any member's games , even the challenges -Paypal as a payment option -G2, G5 or G10 tournaments every day for members -the possibility to check IP addresses and to automatically limit connection options to well known offenders on this site -allow a better classification of the games played on this site.If you want for example to look for a Kings Indian on the live games results, this game should have a ECO code like E60-E99 -corres games on Caissa Iphone application -maybe a special price for players who want to use both Caissa sites. It costs $30 to be a member here and $50 on the old site where hardly anyone plays those days. -an online shop where you can buy books, software If anyone has anything else to add... I would wholeheartly support the re-introduction of the MIPs...they would really enhance this site Edited on 4 Dec 2010 at 04:03:48 |
