I have not used any vaqcation since March 2009 but when I tried to put my account in vacation mode I only have one day available. WTF?????
 
Furthermore I have sent admin two emails on the issue and have received 0 responses Again, WTF????
 
What exactly are we paying for if there is no service and no response? I have been a member since 1996, but that will end if I do not hear some kind of response from Caissa.

It appears that it's failing to reset the vacation timer when you renew your subscription.

Admins at Caissa never answers any mails what so ever. I honestly doubt that there is anyone checking their mails. I have reported abuse at several times and never had any feedback.

 How are any of us supposed to know this in the first place?
 
Moreover, why would all Caissa staff be away on holiday at the same time? You'd think that at least someone would stay around to keep an eye on the site.
