Reply | 24 Jan 2010, 17:57:59   System look-up with IE 8 I've had a recent problem in live games with the system locking me out. The game shows the opponents time running down, chat works, but I end up timing out? Any suggestions? |

When I need to temporarily 'surf' to another screen @ 'Caissa'..{invaribly, to check to see that my screen was 'keeping pace' with the last move made}; I first, cursor click, "Dock Monitor"; At the lower right, of the 'Caissa' screen. Then I go to my 'pc's "View" icon; Scroll down, to {cursor} 'click' on, 'Reload' or 'Refresh'; Followed by, going to the "Watch Live Games." I then 'click' on the game I'm currently playing; Whereupon, the screen shot, Should immediately revert back to the 'live game' you're playing; Including, any 'updated' moves since played {or missed}, by your opponent; Before, you went to all that hassle, to check on any 'updated' moves. This same procedure; May or may not work; If you happen to lose your electricity; Or if your local 'ISP' has a temporary 'disconnect' from the 'Web.'-- {I have to perform these procedures, about once a week; And about 15% of what my 'pc' is capable of, is a complete mystery to me!}-- |
