About a week ago, I asked the administrators when my next vacation time starts. So far no answer. Why did they build a new site if they don't care about their customers? The old one was nice.

That would fit in, with the corporate 'belt-tightening,' that's now seen in many places! The only difference being; You're Not likely to read about it, on the 'Web'; Unlike, let's say; "Arrow Trucking"; Which declared bankruptcy, & folded, 3 weeks ago; Forcing all of their 'on-the-road' status drivers; To drive their trucks, to the nearest interim place, {since forgot 'what'?}; And arrange, for their own transportation home! ----
 
Ps. And Yes; It IS, a 'Hell-of-a-Way' to run a business subsidiary!! ..For starters; Why keep, the 'Help & Support,' 'bb'?!
