Sure, there are problems here, but a lot of it is stuff you can easily work around. Caissa often and in numerous ways doesn't quite live up to what is expected (who or what does), but it's not like you're being held hostage with big fees.

Well this is not about money but about customer service. Why did they create a new site if they can't manage it properly? They lose more money than us actually because everybody will be fed up very soon.
