Seriously, the disconnects are irritating, especially since the app recognizes disconnections - but never reconnects to a game after a connection is lost and then re-established. It's a flaw. A large one. |

Whenever an opponent hasn't played a move, in what I determine is a suspiciously LONG time; To determine, if one of us has been, perhaps disconnected; And-or, the screen board, has 'frozen'; I First, 'click' {not a fast click either}; The "Dock Monitor" icon; In the lower-right, portion of the screen; Followed by 'reloading' or 'refreshing' my screen, {under my 'pc's "View" option}; And Then, I go to the, "watch live games," and 'click' on the game I was playing! There's No guarantee, that your opponent, will have 'moved' by then; But, if not; Then I can usually 'gauge' if I'm well on my way, to a 'forfeit win'! .. The number of probable 'impolite' players, who engage in that sort of 'game abandonment,' {whether intentionally; Or through some 'glitch'}; Happens to me, about 5% {minimum}, of the time! Point #2: A week ago; I took it upon myself, to 'remote-view,' 'Admin.' Brian's," "Western-Media" office; And situated prominently, on his desk, is a {white} ceramic plaque, that reads: "Don't Go Away Mad; Just Go Away"! .. It serves as nice 'ice-breaker' to any New people, who enter his office, {among 'other' reasons!?}; Of which my 'info,' is that; There are at least, 2 per week! Ps.- And, if you don't recognize the phrase, "remote-viewing"; Then you'll need to {definition} 'google-it'!; As in: define, remote viewing. |

Unfortunately; If they EVER decide to; Us 'members' will be, 'none-the-wiser'; Until it's an 'accomplished fact'! I'm tempted to say: FAT-CH----; But, I Won't! -- |

It used to be 100% but since I joined corr tourneys organized by Snoop and Gladiator I have been playing slow games (30/15) and of course Corr games as well....but lately that 50% fun IS GONE since playing fast games is not fun, interesting and virtually a pain in the neck since the lag is so big in occassions that I recall lags of 25 secs in a couple of games this morning. Hey Caissa: you do not fix things..people will start to lose interest as I already did with half of my time here. |
