Whatever the site admin lets people get away with is what some will do. On this site, you can say anything during a game, and nothing will happen to you. The fellow you encountered gets really quiet when he gets the crap kicked out of him. So, giving him a vicious beating on the board might be your best weapon. Sorry that's the best I can offer.
 
The site Admin would answer you, but they're pretending not to notice similar issues being raised by members right now.

Hopefully that is the exception with your opponents.
 
Most opponents don't talk too much during games from my experience but do take a look at the misc bb :)

I note too, that when I attempt to send a notice to the Admin, I get a internal server error. Thats a bit of a problem

So far, he has been the only 'problemchild'. Perhaps his parents drop kicked him alot when he was a baby
