Hi, I was playing a game and out of the blue it was scored as a checkmate against me. I was not even in check. When I reviewed game
in scorebook it shows two final moves I never made.
Still no check or checkmate.
And my rating went down as though I had lost this game.

Hard to say what would cause this problem. If the problem continues to happen, let us know who your opponent was and the time of the game and we will review it.
