I'm on a mac OS X, running Safari. For some reason if I'm paired by the waiting list I still get interrupted by new pairings from the waiting list. I don't have the option to not accept so I lose the game i'm in. This may be because I go on the waiting list as G5 as well as G10 and maybe 30/15. I thought it was ok for me to do that.

You might want to try going to the Live Games Configuration and setting your Max Games to 1. If it is already set to 1 then you'll have to wait for AdminBrian to help you out...

Yes, as long as you have the "Max game limit" in the Live Games Configuration set to "1", then you should not get any additional pairings when playing a live game. Even if you have yourself on the waiting list multiple times it should not matter, you should only play in a game with the first person who chooses you. After that, your other entries on the waiting list should be automatically removed. Let me know if this is not the case.

On Sept.15th I put myself on the waiting list wanting to play either G/5 or G/10. Strange thing happened -I got matched to a game of each kind at the same time. I decided to try playing both always shifting from one to another. This was too hard to handle as I had expected.
My life games configuration says max games = 1 .
So it looks like this bug had showed up before this case was reported.

Looks as correct date is September 22nd ( to be exact ).

My max games under live game configuration is set to 1 as it has been from the beginning. This problem only started last week.

This may be an issue caused by the growing number of players logged in to Caissa and playing games. If you put yourself on the waiting list for multiple games, it may now be possible that with the larger number of members logged on and looking for a game, that two of your entries may be chosen at about the same time and two games get started. Anyway we will do some testing to make sure this does not happen.
