I play G2 or G1 games and in a few games when is time to happily convert your exhaust pawn at square 8th to a beautiful Queen it takes me precious time on doing that... sometimes I prefer to do something else an NOT lose those secs...Is there is a way to configure it to be a Queen automatically or if you want something else THEN you will have to click something instead??
 
Dual Dpace told me that at the start of a game if u click ur Queen then that automatic feature takes place but it did not work...anyone with a hint?

Yes, you can pre-select a piece to promote. When playing a live game, to the right of the board and the move list, is a grid of 4 piece images. At any time during the game you can click one of these pieces to select for promotion. When you click on the piece, it should have a red border around it. Then when you push your pawn to the 8th rank, that is the piece that it will be promoted to. Honestly I have not tested this in a long time so I assume it is working correctly. If anyone can confirm it is or is not working that would be great.

Be careful, tho, you could blunder into stalemate that way.
