Why in many games that i win I do NOt get any ratings? There is any way to know if the opponent plays games that are not rated?

When you receive a challenge notification, there will be a list of the game details like time control, etc. It also mentions how the game will be rated, either "Fully rated", "1/4 rated", or "Unrated". Just make sure you read the challenge notification carefully to determine if the game will be unrated. Then you can choose to accept the challenge or decline it.
