On the CAISSA log-in page, you can view games and even export to PGN, which looks awesome by the way. Can we have that feature in the scorebook somewhere? I haven't been able to do that and I wanted to archive some games into a database.

If you go to the "Detail" of a game in your Scorebook there is of course a PGN file included there that you can copy and paste.
 
We will add a "Download games" option in the future to download games in your Scorebook as a PGN file. And we will get the "View Game" button in the Scorebook updated with the new Chess Game Viewer.
