Got one question for you. When you challenge a player from a player list will you be notified if this player has chosen to disable challenges? Or do you have to waist your time waiting to see if you have a game coming up or not?

..Any player who has disabled the ability to be challenged will
Not be on the challenge list; which is Not to say that you won't
have to 'cool-your-heels' {waste time} for a player who, for
whatever reason {including, ignoring your challenge} does not
respond.

If a player has disabled challenges, you will not see them in the list of challengeable opponents.
