In certain situations, like three move repetition of position, the Caissa system will make an automatic draw offer. I don't know of any situations 3 or 4 moves into a game that would cause the system to do this. Does this happen in all of your games? Perhaps your opponent has offered a draw for some reason?

Same position covers not only same arrangement of pieces, but also the same turn to move and the same possibility (or impossibility) of castling or en passant capture.
