Anyway we will test it out and see what we can do.

It must be 60x60 pixels to show up correctly in the live games. It looks like the graphic you uploaded is significantly larger than that. So to fix the problem, simply scale the original avatar graphic down to 60x60 pixels in your graphics program of choice and re-upload.
