Java interface fails to load
Lately, the Java interface has been failing to load about 75% of the time.

"Loading interface, please wait" appears for about two minutes, followed by

"Unable to load Java interface

Click here to switch to non-Java interface"

Trying again certainly isn't working at the moment.

Using Firefox 2.0.0.5. And yes I do have Java and JS enabled, before you ask!

Re: Java interface fails to load
I'm logging on 30-40 times a day and have not seen any problem, although I am using IE7. I'll try to use FF2 and see what happens. Although this does sound like the problem fitenite64 was having which turned out to be a connection problem. Obviously you can try the usual stuff like rebooting computer etc.

For documentation purposes what version of Java are you using? You can get that by going here:

Does the Java check say "Success" at the end?

Re: Java interface fails to load
Yes, it's happening to me on separate days and separate bootings of my system. Sometimes trying to log in is one of the first things I do when I start up my computer.

Re: Java interface fails to load
That's good info. Are you using Windows XP?

This post is coming from FF2. So far so good. I'll let you know.
