So long as the old Caissa remains available, I'm willing to wait for the new Caissa site to get its act together. Gammaburst has a legitimate beef, though a minor one. There are many other aspects of the old Caissa that I hope will be implemented in the new. For example: I'm usually here only to make a correspondence move. I make a move, get up from the computer and come back 4-5 minutes later to see if there has been a response. But because there is no way to take myself off the list of "available for a live game" once I'm logged on, other members challenge me to live game and get no response. Or, if I see the challenge I have to explain that I'm not here for a live game. (I've had to decline two challenges just while writing this message.) Brian, best of luck with this. JimW. |
