Opponent Nufo had clearly played his 12th move(judged by results) which never appeared on my screen so I waited and saw his time run out.. he
however told me on chat line it was my turn to make a move just before he exeeded time control. What can you do in a situation like this having some more time ( finding out a little earlier ) ?

I reviewed this game and there does appear to be a problem since Nufo moved last but shows as forfeiting on time. I'll do some testing.
