Is Caissa's Web Tracking People's URL, and/or the I.S.P's of Temp. Handle Registrations?

.. The reason I asked is that the recently stated Admin. Brian
edict, was one temporary {2 week} handle, per email address.

..I registered either my 3rd or 4th non-member handle, {with its
own distinct email address} 30 hours ago, and I have yet to hear
back from Caissa's Web, Re. my newly registered, temporary
handle: "1stSTRIKE."{!?}

..Talk about an injustice, that literally 'cries out' for being
