Reply | 15 Jun 2007, 04:06:09   If you are having problems with the new caissa.com. Hey guys, I had problems loading the new Caissa. I thought is sucked. It would hang no matter how hard I tried. But when I loaded one listed Cassia supported browsers, the issue went away and I am able to enjoy Caissa the way you'd expect it to work. Please try downloading one of the follow browsers in Caissa's message if you are having a problem with the new site and don't know what to do. - This site is optimized for the latest browsers, specifically Microsoft IE7, Firefox 1.5/2.0, Opera 9, Mac OS Safari 2. I personally have tried Firefox 2.0.0.4 and it works. I couldn't get Caissa to work on IE6, but it's awesome on Firefox. Please let me know if you have any questions. This seems to be the common experience for those members who are having trouble accessing the new Caissa using Internet Explorer. We definitely agree that if you cannot access using IE, download and install Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com). Some would say it is a superior browser anyway. |

I have tried IE, Netscape, & Mozilla Firefox on the Old & New Caissa & found Firefox to work the best. I want to think AdminBrian for the hard work on fixing all the bugs on the new site as well as his prompt response to them. The ½ fix was great! |
