#1. Will there Still be an unlimited number of times that
a non-member player can re-register every two weeks {with
a different temporary handle, each time} without being re-
quired to pay a membership fee? ..
 
and, #2. Is there a new limit on the number of temporary
{non-member} handles that every member {or member
household, with the same email address} can now play under?

If you signup with a particular email address and you do not subscribe, you cannot use that email address for another trial account for 60 days.
 
One person can potentially signup for any number of trial accounts as long as they have a unique email address for each account.
