This game is apparently blocked, it's Gyan18's move , still my time has been deducted so far, probably a bug, does anyone know how to solve that problem? I have contacted Admin but so far no answer.

Both the 'Good News,' And the 'Bad News' {Gladiator}, is that dealing with the early stages, of a "Caissa's Web" systemic-breakdown-problem, is Not any members problem to solve; Nor could they; Short of your mentioned Admin. notification.

I had this problem with Kariku in the Indobenoni MOT. Kariku made a move but the game still showed up in my list as 'waiting'. Fortunately we had the other game where Kariku could point out the problem. It was just for me to open the game and make a move and then everything was back to normal.
 
I would suggest you mail your opponent and ask him to try and make a move. If its the same problem as we had it should solve itself after that.
