thats a cheap shot.Black was down a pawn in a Knight endgame.ie Busted.Wiz was obviously in terrible time pressure (witness the endless king moves back and forth). So Black took advantage of his time trouble and won a nice game.

I one time lost like 4-5 5 minute games in a row to a 1500 player.Usually I was busted around move 25.So I asked the guy what program he was using and he told me.

Those programs are so good that GM's can't play them in speed chess

Yaman:

Beside the computer or not computer thing on a quick second reveiw of the game I did not get Wizz 20th move at all...Seems the inability of the K to help in the cause on the ending phase was one of the reasons he lost that adavantage pawn and then the game....

I wasn't trying to give you a hard time but we almost destroyed this site several years ago with people accusing others of using programs.I just don't think that even hinting that someone is using a program makes sense and Rosetta certainly wasn't because if he was he wouldn't need 80 moves or so to win

Ok. good point.
You did not give me a hard time , do not worry. I think you are right and we should not have a witch hunt spirit..

However I do not think there must be a taboo issue either.

I think all the people in a chess site will have to deal with that possibility or take a board to the park or the library to play a live game.

I do not have the knowledge or the intuition to recognize the difference that's why I wrote the possibility of a fair game.

In old Caissa I beat Wizz only in g2 games...he then wisely decided to avoid that time settling; it was not good for his game. The only shot u have to beat strong player like u or Wizz is a fast game.

It's possible to win. I've been thinking on the long drives to work about getting good at chess again, I mean 'again' as in I used to think very very clearly as a boy, far clearer than now with all these bills and responsibilities (life gets in the way....).

There's usually some long chain of logic behind Wiz's moves that one can figure out. Just takes patience to see it. It's like how Turing broke the German Enigma Machine's encryptions in WWII, isn't it....that's the challenge...on a philosophical note, that's the challenge behind understanding all things...
