Snatching Victory, from a Hypothetical Loss
.. Like I alluded to in a recent 'Misc.' post; unlike slower time-controls; 10-minute, and faster games, involve a measure of 'luck,' {for lack, of a better word}; that, aside from the player who can play their moves at a faster clip, could conceivably win a given game in a 'lost' position, "on time"; another 'luck' factor, involves a player who is unable to calculate a winning 3 move piece sacrifice, and opts for 'safer' continuations, in the shorter time-spans, allotted.

.. Such was the case, in the following game; where 'white' could've busted open, 'black's position, on 'white's 33rd, & even 34th move; with a "bishop takes pawn, sac." -- The chances of this {twice consecutive} oversight, {which I'll call, "luck"}, happening at a slower than 'g/10' time-control, would've been correspondingly reduced.
