By never completing the Forfeit ratings you advertise something which you don't deliver. You could be reported to federal authorities for perpetuating a fraud via use of telecommunication devices.
By having this feature on the memeber portion you imply that it works.
That is fraud and use of telecommunication devices to commit fraud.
