Upon logging in this morning I discovered (to my surprise) that two of my games 'forfeited'...after only 2 days! My last move was entered on 12/17/07, so how could this be happening!? In all my days as a Caissa member, I have never forfeited a game!
 
Also, my game with DenBones is set to expire in 2 days, 11 hours when the clock should be showing at least 8 days remaining like my game with spmarq1.
 
I know for a fact that my screen showed 10 days after my moves were entered on 12/17/07. All of my games should be showing at least 8 days remaining. In all fairness, the clock on my games against Moorle & Elrey need to be restored, and the clock in my game against DenBones need to be fixed.
 
It's one thing to lose 'fair & square'. Its another thing when the system is sabotaging games.

I entered my 17th move in game with DenBones yesterday. Time reset back to 10 days. He's moved since. Upon logging in this morning, my time remaining was only 22 hours prior to entering my 18th move. I will have no choice but to to use my vacation time in order to prevent this game from forfeiting over the weekend...if that works. The only game that seems to be calculating the remaining time correctly, on both sides of the board, is my game against spmarq1.
 
I will refrain from entering future corr games until it is confirmed that this problem has been fixed.

We have a tourney going on (correspondence).Somehow I ended up with one too many Whites against Procyk.So I simply never made a move and forfeited.Much to my surprise-the system scored it as a rated game and docked me 23 rating points.Since I forfeited and never made 1 move-why did this happen and can you reverse the scoring?

We can't find any obvious problem that causes this. We will probably need to add some type of logging to track exactly what happens when a game is forfeited. We will try to get that implemented as soon as possible so feel free to continue reporting which games the problem occurs in.

I also lost 6 games, forfeited! I made an average of one move in every two days!? I already took action and lost 60 points so that I could start new games. :-(
